Capclave 2021 takes place at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville and our sleeping room rates are $136/night for king bed/double-double rooms, single-quad occupancy. The room taxes are 15% total per night, for a total charge of $156.40/night.
Book at this link to get the Capclave rate. When you get to the page, look to the upper left to ensure your dates of stay are correct (it will default to all nights that we have rooms for). Then you can select the number of people in your room, and bed type based on that quantity will be shown to you. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you can enter that number on the Payment and Guest Details page. If you want to book for a particular night and are not able to, please book what you can and email your request and your existing reservation number to hotel at capclave dot org. You can also reach out with any questions and specific blocking requests. |

Parking Info: |
| The hotel currently charges $15.00 per night for secured/covered parking for those staying at the hotel. and $6.00 per day for day trippers. There is some on-street parking available in the area, but the other major parking location is the Metro station across the street. |
Getting to the Hotel via Metro: |
| The Twinbrook Metro station is directly behind the Hilton Hotel. When you exit the Station, turn to your right and take either the stairs or ramp up to the parking area. Cross the parking area and Chapman Avenue: there is a crosswalk that will take you to the back entrance of the Hotel. You can either use the steps or the double doors to the left of the stairway to enter the Hilton. If you use the doors, there are elevators near the restaurant that will take you to the lobby level. |
